Our firm was founded in 1988 by professionals with experience in the then 'Big Eight' (now 'Big Four'), International leaders in the areas of auditing and business advice.
Through continually updated professional training in these areas, our firm provides business advice and auditing services, customised and extended to HR and legal areas.
The customisation of services is ensured through the presence of different departments at our firm (tax, corporate, accounting, HR, legal, tax litigation) and, above all, through direct and continuous personal contact, even over the long term, between the individual partner of the firm and the client, a relationship that characterises our reality and reflects one of the most strengths, appreciated by our clients.
The professionals and collaborators of our firm, in the context of the coordination of sector managers, have acquired specific technical skills within their relative area of specialisation, regularly attending training and updating courses to keep up with regulatory developments and continuous updating in terms of requirements and new obligations.
In addition to its own in-house staff and professionals, our firm also makes use of a network of professionals specialised in particular areas, such as legal and IT, to meet the specific requests of its clients.
Among our clients, we follow companies or subsidiaries operating in Italy, belonging to International groups, at the beginning from English-speaking countries, to which, over the years, clients with parent companies of different nationalities have been added, both within Europe and the Far East. As far as this type of clients, in addition to the above-mentioned services, our firm also offers technical advice in the transfer pricing matter, both in the phase of preparing the documentation in line with the requirements of National regulations, and in the litigation phase, in case of disputes by the tax authorities. Our firm also provides services to Italian companies and entrepreneurs, supporting them in their various needs.
In addition to business advisory services, our firm has also gained experience in supporting clients in the event of tax audits carried out by the tax authorities in the broadest sense, both during the audit phase and during the subsequent negotiation phases, up to tax litigation, having our firm some professionals qualified to represent clients before the Tax Courts and the Supreme Court.
All the business relationships with our clients are handled in Italian and English languages, as well as French and German ones in specific cases of need.
